Where is Time Warp Watch based?

Time Warp Watch is Aussie owned and based in Melbourne, although we're sure the same sentiments are felt throughout the nation.

What watch mechanism is inside the watch?

Your Time Warp Watch comes with a Japanese Citizen watch mechanism.  It keeps time backwards really well.

Can I change my order?

Yes, you can change your order as long as we have not posted your watches already.  Please click 'Contact Us' and send us a message, including your order details.  We will make every effort to accommodate changes to your order.


How is my payment transaction secured?

Clicking on the paypal payment link opens a secure link to the payment screen where you can securely pay either by credit card or via your paypal account.

What payment methods can I use?

Time Warp Watch accepts either credit card or paypal payments. Mastercard and Visa are both accepted. Click on the paypal link to go to the payments screen. Here you can either log in to paypal or you can enter credit card details. You do not need a paypal account to pay by credit card.

Postage and returns

Do you post to countries outside Australia?

At this stage we only accept orders and post within Australia to an Australian shipping address provided.

What is your return policy?

If you in any unforeseen circumstance receive a faulty watch, we will happily refund you, or send you a replacement.  Please press 'Contact Us' in the menu and send us a description of your issue, including your order details.  We'll respond immediately.  We do not accept returns for working watches - please note they're supposed to tick backwards :-)

When will my watch be delivered?

Your watch will be posted within 48 hours of receiving your order and should arrive 1-3 days later in most capital cities and 2-7 days in regional areas.
